Basically, a character wearing some kind of bondage and wearing «normal» clothes on top of it. This doesn’t have to be hidden like wiht hidden-in-plain-sight, but of course can be.
This tag is kind of a mix between multiple things, but there was a need to properly define this concept as well to easily find works that feature exactly this.
