What would a person feel like when transformed into an inflatable? There’s so much to describe here, I wish there were more pooltoy TF stories. What’s it like when you insides are replaced with air? I imagine the sensation is like when you’re really, really hungry and you feel weak, powerless and your head is spinning a little. When your feet merge and inflate it’s like being kicked in the back of your knees — a strong, disorienting and somewhat painless feeling. And then you’re down on the ground and there’s not much you can do except wiggle, feeling tingles all over your skin as it hardens into vinyl.

Bride transformation is one of my favourite kinds of TG TF, so I couldn’t resist commissioning something like this. Even though it feels a bit awkward. The wedding would have two brides!
November 16’ sketchpile
So there’s this habit I have, to make quick TF sketches as warmup and then delete them. Well, last month, instead of clearing the canvas as usual, I ended up saving a refining one of those sketches a bit. And the next day I did it again. And again. And then I did a sequence for Jouzah from Sutichat. Et cetera. By this week, there were quite a lot of these quick little things. So there you go. I initially wanted to upload them to scraps separately, but some of these are rougher while others are almost like finished black and white drawings.
Also, most of these figures (except ones that have a little dot next to them, those are just random girls) are actually characters from anime and videogames( +one OC from another artist)! Can you guess them all? These are just b&w doodles and I still have a long way of improvement ahead of me, so I’m sure this will be a challenge.

Recently I made some illustrations for my friend jouzah who is writing a story about Alice and Marisa (of Touhou Project) turning into a pair of inflatable dragon toys as a result of an unfortunate summon. They’ll have to use their wits to transform back to normal, experiencing all sorts of wackiness you’d expect from being a huge inflatable.
In this one you can see Marisa just as her change begins, starting with a tail!

Here we have Alice, very surprised to see her nose starting to become green and rubbery!
It looks like Marisa’s transformation is well underway. These fingers are too stubby to hold Mini-Hakkero now, oh no!
Alice is now half-person, half dragon toy. Her dolls will have to work fast to save what remains of her dress!
“Marisa…! Say so-ooh-meh’in-nmmh?!” Alice tries to shake her friend, straining her shrinking, chubbifying arms. But her words soon vanish into muffled noises as well, nose and mouth stretching outwards into a cute, rounded snout as her expression becomes more and more artificial, flat and painted.
Their joints stiffen to the point of immobility, their muffled noises grow fainter until they all but vanish, and their bodies turn still, rigid and taut. Yet their form grows a little larger, their bodies inflating just a bit more, their forms creaking and straining, leaving them towering over just half their heights again as the transformation finally settles with a last groaning creak, bodies hollow and light, with a ‘hide’ tight to the point of being just short of becoming translucent.
“What… the heck?”
Reimu stares, eyes wide in bewilderment. Her attention moves upwards, from the red, glossy toes all the way up to the rounded snouts of the three chubby and deformed dragon-esque dolls looming over her. Two which are styled like her magical friends and are facing her, and one unfamiliar, ‘plain’ one standing slightly off to the side. The Marisa-esque one is even grinning just like the stupid black and white witch usually does!

Everywhere he went he found people staring at him, smiling and taking pictures as he rushed through the park in a desperate search for a place to hide, which, considering the day of the week, was looking like an increasingly hopeless endeavour. He settled on a spot near a temporarily closed bumper cars ride, catching his breath. His body felt all kinds of wrong. Alien, even. While he was running, he nearly tripped twice, eliciting worried gasps from the onlookers. ‘Why couldn’t I just say no…’ — he whined as a gust of wind rustled the voluminous layers of his colourful skirt. Cheeks reddening up, he quickly pulled the balloon bundle down, covering himself with the toys. A strong smell of rubber filled his nostrils, but he also found himself somewhat hidden from the crowd. He closed his eyes trying to collect himself and think of what to do next. His new pair of embarrassingly heavy breasts did not help that at all, but-
‘Ummm…’ — he heard a high-pithed voice nearby. Opening his eyes, he saw a little boy standing almost right next to his billowing skirt. ‘Excuse me… Can I have a balloon?’ — the boy asked, shifting in place and looking at the ground. The woman behind the kid was surely the mother.
‘Ah, um… Sorry! I can’t give these to you!’ — he yanked the bundle up, a cold chill running down his spine. Whatever happened to him, there was no telling if the boy would also be affected.
The kid stepped back, eyes glistening with tears. This situation was getting out of control!
‘I, uh… Sorry, but I don’t sell them! I need to take them to my friends! We’re… uh… performing later today!’ — whatever convenient lie he could construct based on his ridiculous outfit was better than facing an angry mother in a middle of a public space.
‘Performing? Are you from Poppin’ Party? Come to think of it, I think I saw similarly-dressed people near the stage… But aren’t you supposed to start in ten minutes or something?’ — the woman furrowed her brow as she clutched her son by the shoulders.
Similarly dressed people. Perhaps he was a part of the back dancer troupe, or just some sort of a cheerleader. There was no way an actual rock band member would dress like this. A small reassurance, but still… He clenched his fist and looked into the crowds of people moving deeper into the park. Yes, if he wanted answers he would surely find them at the performance. Next stop: the stage!

Exploring long abandoned trails can be dangerous in strange and unexpected ways. Here we see a young man who upon taking a break from walking realises that his body feels awkward, his chest bulging out. It appears this particular area has been cursed with making people turn into objects of their desire, and for this man it’s catgirls, floaty inflatables and a certain Kancolle character. What a mishmash!
I’m sure they’ll find a way to get back to earth once more… primitive needs of theirs have been satisfied. Turning back, though? A tale best left untold.

It felt wrong for some reason, but all she could do is smile calmly at her new owner as she was put into the blister package and then into the box, taken away to be displayed at a shelf far away. She felt sad, knowing she’d be seen by fewer people now, but she hoped the new owner would take good care of her. The thought of being dusted with a soft brush made her plastic heart flutter.Somewhere deep inside, a desperate man’s voice echoed, now trapped in a prison of ABS and PVC.

With his latex mittens preventing him from stopping the transformation from his phone, the young man, or rather, rubber doll is sucked into a box that will take it to its new place of work and residence.

This was one of those ‘draw whatever you want’ situations I like to put artists in. I am extremely happy with the result and I’ll definitely be getting more kig from kamchiik. The character choice works to enhance the theme even further and while some people might consider that aspect problematic instead I am glad they have decided not to comment. It’s the best for everyone that way.

For decades, the apprentice had sought just to commission the legendary reclusive master Resin Pleats, who lived alone atop the highest peak. One miracle day, he finally gained audience and anxiously ascended to the master’s frozen abode.
Resin Pleats emerged, his arm a ragged ladscape of muscle and veins, a coomer’s mark. He gazed at the apprentice wordlessly.
Finally, the young man blurted out: “Draw a figurine post-TF”
Resin Pleats’s expression froze into a mask of utter bewilderment. How could this foolish query possibly have been his request? Of all the things to ask for, a drawing devoid of process?
“I would never draw what amounts to a dA caption. Post-TF could never be Good!” - he bellowed.
“Draw a figurine post-TF” - the apprentice repeated, steadfast. “Draw a-”
“Enough!” - the master shouted, seizing a brush. He proceeded to paint with deep, energetic strokes, pouring all his vexation onto the paper.
He looked at the canvas in frustration and a gasp escaped his lips. What he drew was, indeed, Good.
The master began laugh-wheezing until he was doubled over on the icy ground, tears of mirth and disillusionment streaming down his face as his mind was utterly unburdened.
The apprentice could only watch dumbfounded as Resin Pleats rose, gently placed his palm on the apprentice’s head in acknowledgment, turned, and slowly wandered off into the mountains, at long last free of all prejudice.
