Brooke Stretching Her Student

In Brooke’s Gym, there is no time for slacking, she smiles slightly upon pushing her student to her limit. :)


Josie and Brooke

Josie’s training continues, but this time, she gets to practice her hanging needle for the up and coming circus show.
Brooke gets to show-off some backbending as well.. And as usual, she has to make sure she is stretching her student. Hence the weights.


Anna’s Ballet Training

Anna is looking to improve her already advanced flexibility, so she called in.. you’ve guessed it, Brooke. She is notoriously good at stretching her students beyond their boundaries, even Anna, who is gifted with hypermobility has to hide her discomfort :)


Cailin’s Limit

Cailin, Brooke’s adult student in her contortion studio, was cheeky enough to challenge Brooke as Cailin was formerly a circus performer. She bet brooke that she would last half an hour in an extreme passive oversplit that Brooke can never dream of doing. Surely enough, Brooke came up with an apparatus for Cailin.
As 20 minutes go by, cailin starts to regret her decision as her back is itching and she still wants to win the bet :3

Josie is training again, but this time, with Brooke’s help, she manages to go beyond a normal triplefold :)


Josie’s Torso Twist

Yet another day at Brooke’s gym, but this time, since Josie has an up and coming aerial show, they want her to prepare as best as she can. Even Cailin has decided to show up and lend a hand.
Unsatisfied with Josie’s current torso flexibility, Brooke insists Cailin to push even further. Cailin feels sorry for Josie since
she knows how tough it can be. D:


Cailin’s Morning

Cailin came early for training at Brooke’s gym only to find Josie who did not have enough sleep last night, still in her pyjamas. While waiting for their instructor, Cailin decided to warm up on her best talent, the oversplits. Josie looked at her abit jealous and tired, and started to stretch before Brooke comes..


Record Training

Rena and her best friend Julie are training to set a new World Record on the longest time spent by two people inside a box (fridge drawer in this case) in a tight backbend. Here you can see them training in Rena’s home after spending a night out :)
Only Rena’s ambition and flexibility are to blame for some seemingly silly ideas :)


Sue’s Date

Sue is a kind and loving girl, she has an intriguing hobby though, she likes to stretch and bend herself in preparation to be a lyra artist, and maybe one day, a contortionist.
She met her soulmate Andreas at college and he really swept her off her feet. Both figuratively, and literally, when Andreas helped to pick her up after an aerial injury she had.
Tonight is a special night for both of them, it is Valentine’s day.

Sue is preparing herself for a romantic dinner with Andreas, and tries her best to impress him. She knows that his weakness is lingerie and intricate patterns
So she uses that to her advantage to lure him to the her iressistably perfect figure. It reminds her of the night after her aerial lesson,
when she was upset that her flexibility was not progressing as she would like it to be, and decided that it would be nice if Andreas could help her.
She could not forget the way he touched her, soft and caring, very intimate, but also the guilty pleasure that she gets when her loved one
help her stretch and bend to her limits, her trust in him, and his trust in her. The way he looks concerned, and the way he held so tightly and firm, his trying to not look aroused
was really cute.
She hopes she would surprise him with her daring outfit and have his undivided attention tonight, as it means the world to her.

Sue just got to Andreas’ home, she is feeling frisky and bothered by her clothes, not to mention unstretched too! So she stretches her whole body, arms out, while at the same time taking off her cardigan

Andreas has finally come, they did not waste time and Andreas already undressed Sue’s skirt. Andy warmed Sue up, and as she gets more and more turned on by the stretching, she gets into and ecstatic trance where she feels almost no pain and can endure even the most grueling contortion position. So Andy gladly helps her to push even further by really sinking Sue down into her deepest oversplits ever. As she inches closer and closer into a full 270 degree oversplit, all her discomfort becomes a sense of pleasure, and in fact, it was so overwhelming that Sue has to grab on to Andres real tight and she can barely contain herself. Sue’s medical condition is both a blessing and a curse. She feels pleasure from contorting, especially with her loving partner, but sometimes, when it goes too far and she dislocates something, she would not feel it.

after her oversplits, she was not done yet, she wanted to stretch even more, and this time, her back. She insisted Andreas on pushing her to her absolute limit on her triplefold and constraining her as much as possible. Andreas happily complied, pulling her arms together backwards, testing the limits of her already flexible shoulders, dislocating it and tucking it between his thighs and her abdomen, at the same time, when he bent her backwards, pushing down on her ribs and belly, Sue noticed that she can go even further with her neck stretched way back and asked Andreas to grab her by the neck and pull her head neatly between her arms. She feels absolutely ecstatic and slightly discomforted, the way she likes it. Her neck and abs have been stretched so much, she did not have much room to breathe, we can see she is gasping for air as minutes went by.

With her back streched to the back already, Sue is now itching to have herself stretched by being twisted to her limits. Anton gladly complied and grabbed her by her arm. First he grabbed her right arm, bringing it behind her neck, all the way back to her right arm, slightly dislocating her shoulder, for easier access to twisting her. Then he grabbed both of her arms together with one hand, and firmly pushing them, twisting Sue inch by inch until she reaches a 180 degree torso twist. Sue felt relieved once she felt her spine crack from being tense. With her torso being twisted so much, Andreas even needed his knee to push her even further.


Inne

Inne is a Danish girl, she loves sports, the gym, but especially, Yoga and Gymnastics. She recently was introduced to contortion by her best friend, and since Yoga already has a lot of stretching involved, she thinks contortion would come easy for her.

She tries doing the backbend. She first started from standing upright, slowly bringing her back lower and lower, but since she can still go further, she wondered if she can go pass her legs. Lo and behold, of course Inne could do it, she was born hyperflexible, as of result, her head first popped up between her thighs. She smirked lightly, thinking that her friend was probably training years for this, and she could do it overnight.

But she wondered, if she could bend her back, even further, and have the back of her head touch her pubic bone, so she, while in a teardrop backbend position, inched closer and closer towards the gymnastic ladder, and she reaches the middle ladder with both of her arms stretched out to the back. Afterwards, to push her deep into an extreme backbend, she lifted her legs one by one, starting with her left leg, stepping up to the bouncy ball, and after, her right leg, stepping on to the 4th ladder, one by one, pushing her pelvis inch by inch tighter towards her back, until there is no space left between her butt and her back, you can see even her shoulder blades are pressing hard against her butt.
She feels the stretch now, but not enough to satisfy her crazy back breaking newfound sensation of pleasure, so in a last stretch attempt, she pushes herself forward with all the strength of her right leg, and this final pose is what resulted. A beautiful pose, original, and breathtaking.

After bending so much on the ladder, Inne decided to take a’breather’, relaxing herself on the yoga mat. She started fumbling around with her limbs, and tried to do a headsit pose, she falls a bit short, with her butt touching her back, but, it felt so good to her, that she started wrapping her legs around her, and tucking it tightly between her chin and shoulder, as if it were a pillow.

Inne now wants to see how far she can bend her back while simultaneously splitting herself more than 180 degrees. So she first did a handstand on the blue ball, then pulled one leg straight into the splits, and inch by inch she slid down deeper into her oversplit, doing so rolling the rubber ball gently forward, until it rested on her calf. After a moment of careful and skillful balancing by her she patiently and forcefully bent her back, until she reaches her limit, then twisted her torso clockwise so she could reach her inner thigh to push even more to a deeper backbend. In the end, she tried to even use her chin and locked her neck on her thighs to prevent her tight twisted backbend to release itself due to the tension. We can see her relieved a bit after being able to rest in this pose, after working so hard to get to it.


Diana

Diana is a very talented young girl. She loves doing martial arts and gymnastics. Due to her extreme flexibility however, her coach, Brooke, told her to incorporate contortion into her martial art moves.
She developed a special technique that only she can do with her flexibility, she calls it “The Vortex”. It exploits the potential energy that is stored in her body, when she is stretching herself to her limits.
Just like a spring or a rubber band, when released, it releases powerful energy and Diana redirects them to her powerful axe drop kick. Here we can see her before releasing her axe kick, which was so powerful, she broke seven wooden palettes. The secret was her speed. She sprinted as fast as she could, then she pushed herself in the air while doing a side cartwheel, with a momentum and spin so powerful, that she goes into a 270 overstraddle, she then twists sideways, to store even more tension to her body, only to release it when her heel meets whatever stands in her opposition.

Diana loves her stretching session after a good workout. Due to her strength, she is able to reach a really deep triple fold, even trying to reach for more than what her body allows. She grabs her thighs, clamps down on the straddle board, and pushes back with all her force. you can see how beautiful the lines her toned and flexible body makes when she bends like this after her muscles tensed after a workout.


Inne and Brooke

Brooke is puzzled by Inne’s seemingly perfect flexibility, so she proposed to test Inne’s front bending ability by pushing Inne so close to her rear that she could barely kiss them. While doing this Brooke also would like to show off her backbend, so she does all this in a headsit almost, all in her heels


Josie Assisted

It was still early in the morning while both Cailin and Josie were waiting for Brooke to show up, they both know that Brooke does not like to wait, and God knows what will happen to them if they were late.
Last time they were late, both were made to compete against each other in complicated positions only Brooke could imagine.

This time, they were given a task to warm up intensely before she comes in and Cailin has asked Josie to help stretch her in previous occasions (Cailin’s Morning).
Last time Josie was being cheeky by commenting Cailin’s oversplits that was less “stellar” than hers, although they are both very good and produce really aesthetic lines.
So Josie challenged Cailin to stretch her into oversplits however Cailin wants, and Josie bets that she can make it without complaints and will confidently hold it for more than 5 minutes.

This day Cailin asked if Josie was up to the task, and of course knowing Josie, who is younger and supposedly more supple than Cailin, accepts without much hesitation, and to her surprise, Cailin has imagined such a position that will achieve maximum leverage utilizing Cailin’s only 45kg weight. She took her inspiration from learning about the leverage of nutcrackers in middle school.
She just hopes that Josie’s incredible hips would sustain it without dislocation.

She first lays Josie on the bench, with her in a downward dog pose, then lifted both her legs and put her in a hairpin fold, with Josie’s chin only contacting the edge of the bench.
Then she proceeds to oversplit josie’s left leg until it touches the floor, while the other lay’s perpendicular to the bench. Then, she starts twisting and pulling Josie’s right leg while pushing josie’s hip against the bench with her butt until she gets this current pose. She keeps pulling Josie’s right leg closer and closer to the other leg, that she pins down on the floor by putting her weight mostly to Josie’s left feet, “It’s also a good stretch for her feet to get a better arch” she thought.

Time goes by as Cailin keeps on pressing and pushing Josie, stretching inch by inch until it reaches 10 minutes.
Josie can feel that she is almost at her limit, with her starting to prespire and sweat from holding all the tension in her body as Cailin can also feel from her sitting on top of Josie’s overstretched belly, that Josie’s breathing gets faster and faster.

At the last moment, Josie left out a gasp as Josie’s left hand, and her face that were pressing against the side of the bench slipped cause of her sweat.
Although she landed face first to the ground in this extreme position, only her cheekbones are a little sore. Amazingly, the extra stretch from the fall did not give her any injuries apart from the sudden jolt of sensation at her spine and a reactionary contraction of her body.


Angelika

Angelika is a petite and cute college girl who loves contortion, she is pursuing her degree in physiotherapy whilst also performing as a contortionist. Today she just finished her show and took a bath, and while waiting for brooke, her trainer, she dries her nail polish while bending at the same time. She looks a little bit bored, is it because she feels no stretch? Or is it because her polish takes too long?

Angelika has been waiting for quite some time now, and brooke thankfully came after an hour of her stretching alone. She told Brooke that she wanted to progress more in her oversplits and increase her hip flexor flexibility while also increasing her hip’s range of motion. What she didn’t know was what was in store for her.

Brooke came and she loved the idea. Being a tough trainer, she promised Angelika she would stretch her with everything She’s got, so she used the dorm bed to her advantage and pushed Angelika further and further into the underside of the bed, with each time increasing the degree of oversplits she was in. Whilst doing that she also took Angelika’s arms and wrapped it the other way around her thighs, hyperextended to the front, towards Angelika’s head of course. One of Angelika’s strategy dealing with extreme discomfort of her oversplits was through restricting her breathing, and so she asked Brooke to let her thighs press hard against her neck. And so Brooke pushed her further and further, until her legs looks almost about to snap, and Angelika taps out, signalling Brooke that it was enough.

Yet another session with Brooke after a long and stressful college day. Angelika asked Brooke to help her stretch her oversplits again, but this time using the weight of Brooke’s entire body.
Brooke makes sure that she puts enough pressure and weight to Angelika by bear hugging her real tight and snug at her waist, simultaneously pushing Angelika’s right leg up and away with Brooke’s shoulders.
Brooke presses her pelvis unto the back of Angelika’s upper thigh to give her more stretch at the hip flexor. And surely Angelika felt a sharp discomfort initially and winces.


Sleeping Beauty

Her name is Aria she has a really unique condition where if enough muscles and ligaments in her body is stretched, she falls into deep deep sleep, being immune to all discomfort from the stretch and folds, and even becoming more limber in her sleep and unable to get out of the position.

She asked her boyfriend to contort her into an extreme backbend, all the while pulling both her legs and arm apart, as well as lying her neck against the pillow, so she would rest well The chains and the cuffs you asked? It is to prevent her muscles from pulling her own body back, further cementing her in the position and ensuring her the good and long sleep.

It has been 24 hours now, her boyfriend had errands to do and Aria of course needs to get unchained first before she can wake up. But her boyfriend being selfish, he thought , “Ah, she can wait a little longer, she also wanted to lose some wait, so she can wait before I cook her her favourite meal, and I want to be the first thing she sees, freeing her from her condition.”


Valentina


Athena

Athena. That’s her name. No, that’s our name. Whatever entity is in my head, she and I are one.

Initially I was afraid, having woken up in a gloomy space, not knowing who I am, where I am, heck, even voices in my head?

I thought I was crazy.

This thing on my head? She’s Athena, an AI, with combat knowledge, any knowledge at all.

But her purpose. Our purpose…

is to survive, to fight.

Hence her name, Goddess of wisdom and war strategy.

I learned, that it’s been 5 decades since this body’s host has died.

It seems I have crash landed on a habitable planet called XR2 , where humanoid species like mine have thrived.

These creatures, I call them exertians and they are hostile.

Me? I am.. a clone. At least according to Athena, the thing on my head.

The 10th clone to have been sent to colonize this moon

the other clones have been humans of other professions, age, background, it seems they have failed.

I don’t have a name. My former body was that of an champion olympic gymnast, one of the last and the best.

Athena said she is going to train me with her 3 arms that look like pipes

The moves that was once mine. That of an olympic gymnast.

She told me, that the clone’s body is advanced, that it doesn’t need food. It takes it from the sun.

furthermore, it does not age.

Bad news? It needs training, strength and flexibility.

I can take all the time I need in order to get flexible and train

Why is flexibility important? According to Athena, I can leverage flexibility, to pounce, hit and cause a lot of damage to the enemy from a bent position that requires a huge amount of flexibility and strength to maintain.

just like a spring she said.

Furthermore, Exertians are really good at grappling, they usually break their victims bones , use their stiffness against them.

Just like a constricting snake.

This is exactly why Athena, the helping AI robot was made with 3 arms that look like snakes.

To better simulate the Exertians attack, strength, by multiplying it up to maximum 100 fold using hydraulic technology.

I look around and realize that there are a lot of gymnastic equipment that this clone body does not know what to do with.

What is this beam for? And these rings?

> “Don’t worry about that.” Athena said in my head.

“You can read my thoughts?” I asked her.

> “That, and also share your feelings, sensations , our neural connection can not be underestimated.”

> “After all, it is cutting edge tech.” Athena confirmed.

“You see, from now on I will use my three arms to guide you through the poses you have to maintain, and even lend you a helping hand” She said.

“Yeah right, I know you are more than capable in ‘helping’ me with those hydraulic system” I joked.

She proceeded to guide me gently, letting me know that the trainings that we are about to engage in, could be fun, artistic, and expressive.

> “Lift your leg up.” She said

“This one?”

> “This one.” As she wrapped her arms on me firmly, lifting my right leg to the back.

“Oh hey that tickles abit!”

> “Hmm, it seems that your neural senses on tickles are still on. Do you want me to switch it off? So you would not register tickles anymore?” Athena asked.

“No, leave it on, I kind of enjoy it, a rather unknown sensation.” I said.

> “Now turn your upper torso a bit to the right, and look right” Athena said as she pushed my head and turned it to the right gently.

Athena activated her camera on one of her arms and showed me in my visor how I looked.

> “Oh, that’s me? I look… Good”

“Yes, you look beautiful, but here, lift your arms up and imagine that you are about to fly” Athena said as she took my left arm, spiraled on it, and placed it on the ring.

“There, you look light, ready to fly!”


Bea and Karl

Here is Bea and Karl.They have known each other from childhood.
Together they started ballet dance.
They have been a dance couple ever since and are now also a couple in real life.
They blindly trust each other.
Karl focuses more on strength, Bea on flexible.
They complement each other in their daily, evening training.
Karl can use his strength and train when he stretches it.
This is not always tender.
But Bea enjoys being pushed to her limits by him.
Here we see him pushing her in a backbend. Bea loves this position because she loves the warmth between his legs very much.
Karl also has nothing against his prospect. Together they enjoy this position for 30 minutes
