Don’t worry, she’s much better this way.
Gemma’s life had turned into a complete train wreck.
Without any warning the company she worked for had gone bust.
Typical vulture capitalism it turned out, buy a perfectly good company, then strip it & sell for parts.
Gemma took whatever jobs she could find, but she was falling further & further behind on rent & bills.
She sold everything she could, but she never made enough to keep her head above water for more than a couple of weeks.
There was just no help available, whatever assistance existed was completely overwhelmed.
The one thing she couldn’t sell was her Smartex pleasure suit, because she was still paying for it. Really behind on that, she reached out to them in desperation, maybe they would take it back & she’d get a partial refund.
When the soothing female voice on the other end of the phone told Gemma she immediately qualified for their Debt Amelioration Program she burst into tears of relief.
Final approval required an in person interview, Gemma dithered over what to wear, then threw caution to the wind & went in full office chic, skirt suit, hose & heels, but with some alterations, white latex blouse, black latex pencil skirt over seamed hose & the highest heeled pumps she still owned.
The interviewer was stunningly beautiful, with long tumbling red hair, & her office chic ensemble was all Smartex over a transparent Smartex second skin.
She was also completely open & honest about everything.
“.. basically the top tier is indentured servitude. We pay off all your debts, in turn you work for us. We house you, feed you, clothe you, seeing as we make Smartex that is what you will be required to wear at all times.
Premium Deluxe …. hmmm, yes it pays the best, but, tell me, have you ever heard of kinetic bondage sculpture?”
Gemma nearly slid off her chair.
The ink wasn’t even dry on the contract before Gemma was being prepped for tonights display …
